Delivery Information

We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses and our deliveries run from Tuesday to Saturday.

To ensure only the freshest cheese is getting to you, we chop and pack your order on the day of dispatch and we always use a next-day delivery service.

You don't have to be in to receive your delivery as our couriers are instructed to leave your cheesebox in your designated safe place. During transit your cheese will be kept chilled using special cooling packs which is then fully insulated using a natural and environmentally-friendly insulation. This means the cheese can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge...although we always recommend refrigerating as soon as you can.

Delivery is completely FREE across our entire range for weekday and Saturday deliveries!

Please note as part of our goal to help to the environment, we have a minimum order spend of £20.

Our go to courier is DHL for most mainland postcodes outside of London during the week

We use DHL next day delivery for the majority of our deliveries and they will aim to get to you before 7pm on your chosen day of cheese delivery.

Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your delicious cheese if nobody is going to be in. DHL will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order.

You will also be given the option to confirm or change these instructions via a text and email once the delivery has been despatched. Therefore, you must leave a mobile telephone number and an email address for the recipient. No telephone or email addresses, or any personal information, will be used for anything other than tracking updates and notifications.

We are unable to offer any refunds if your cheese does not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions, a mobile telephone number and an email address for tracking updates and notifications.

DHL currently excludes the following postcodes from Saturday delivery but they can deliver between Tuesday and Friday:

AB30-AB39, AB41-AB45, AB51-AB54, BMB1, DD1-DD11, FK16-FK21, G63, IV1, KA18-KA19, KA26, KA29, KY9-KY10, KY13,-KY16, LE89, ML11-ML12, PH1-PH18, PR99, TD15, WA98

London deliveries

We are always challenging ourselves to improve our service and reduce our environmental impact and are delighted to share that we have changed our courier for Central London postcodes from DHL to XeroE. If your delivery postcode falls into any of the below codes, your box will be sent via bike or electric vehicle courier. This means your delivery will be emission-free and you can feel a little bit smug about being green!

SW1-SW20SE1, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE8, SE10-11, SE13, SE15-17, SE21-24 & SE27, E1-3, E5, E8-9, E10-11, E15, E17 & E20, N1-8, N15, N16 & N19, NW1-3, NW5-6, NW8 & NW10-11, W1-6, W8-12 & W14, WC1-2, EC1-4

What happens if my cheese doesn't arrive?

If your cheese has not arrived by the end of the next day, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate.

It is imperative that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date, or collect the order the following day. We are unable to offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was delivered on one of those days.

If you have any particularly bespoke requirements, or for larger orders, we would recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure your cheese is with you on your chosen date.
