In the current pandemic/changing trade laws, not all of our suppliers are able to supply us as consistently. Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure the best chance of availability, and delivery when requested but we may occasionally have to give a substitute for another guy (wait cheese, we're talking about cheese here, not the Who song, our bad).
