You get a twang of lemon which is then offset by the the crumbly, chalky texture AND you get that lovely bloomy rind. A delight for veggies as well as being pasteurised, Ticklemore is spring and summer in a mouthful. A 200g wedge will have you feeling like a newborn lamb.
